 The idea for this site is to serve as a launchpad for websites that I've designed and maintain. Coming in the future will be miscellaneous band articles that I've collected over the years but don't necessarily want to create a whole site decicated to them (at least not right now!). You Can't Hide Your Love Forever was originally a music fanzine created by John Huston, Dave and Michael Segal, whom I've known through Play it Again Records (RIP) in the Detroit area. I always thought this was a brilliant name for a fanzine. Little did I know at the time, it was named after the Orange Juice album of the same name! Strangely enough, even though I've been an indie music nut, I hadn't heard of Orange Juice! Apparently it's a classic album and I still haven't heard it to this day, perhaps one day... So I decided it would be a great name for a website, so here it is. The domain name, loveisforever.org, is taken from the name of a Biff Bang Pow! album. They are one of my favorite bands, whom I plan to create a section for on this site. So you may ask how do I have time to have done all these sites? I was ill for a long time at one point, and unable to work and needed something to do. |
